The Candle in Understory

Small:

Material: Soy Blend, 100% Cotton Wick, Stoneware
Poured by Joya Studio in Brooklyn, vessel made with regional clay by East Fork in Asheville

Burn time: Small - Up to 25 hours total, no more than 2 hours at a time. Large - Up to 60 hours total, no more than 3 hours at a time.

When using the candle for the first time, ensure you burn until all the wax has become liquid on the surface, to prevent tunneling.

Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn to help prevent the candle from emitting smoke or the wick from falling into the candle wax.

A verdant blend of vetiver, sour orange, clove and petitgrain. Understory captures the feeling of stepping under the canopy: dappled light, fragrant needles, and the sweet scent of the woods warming in the sun.
